What do you need to know before booking?
• You can book from 1 to a maximum of 8 people, separate tables are not managed.
• Reservations with the same name or data, or that present anomalies in the choice of room, times, or number booked will be cancelled.
• For the opening hours, 19:30-20:00-20:30 we reserve 15 minutes of courtesy for unforeseen events, a greater delay automatically cancels the reservation.
• For those who are more subject to delays we suggest the following times, available until closing.
• The reservation is valid only by clicking “CONFIRM” on the email you will receive on the chosen day. Failure to confirm by 5pm will automatically cancel your reservation. In case of cancellations, it is best to notify us as soon as possible with a message, or by clicking “CANCEL” on the email. Changes are only possible if there are tables available for the exact number of guests, by clicking on “EDIT”.
• You can send a WhatsApp message to 3275399929 only to ask for the possibility of modification or cancellation.
• In case of cancellations without 12 hours’ notice, or unagreed changes, the contact will be disabled.
• If there are minors or strollers select ROOM, they must be included in the covers, including strollers. We will welcome them with pleasure and in respect of our guests we ask you to supervise them, to keep their place and the devices silent.
• No child seats are available.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed, in line with hygiene and safety regulations.
We are open every day for dinner, on Monday we are closed.
Do you make gluten-free pizzas or celiac foods?
Unfortunately, a separate pristine laboratory would be needed, we do not have the space necessary to guarantee a sterile environment. We also remind you that it is forbidden by HACCP protocols to bring food from outside.
Is it possible to bring a dog?
Inside, it is possible to access the room (excluding the small room) only with small dogs, while for larger dogs it is possible to access only the outside tables, upon notification in the notes during the booking phase or on our WhatsApp account. We remind you that the Veterinary Police Regulations state that dogs can enter public places with a leash and muzzle.
Dogs are not allowed to sit on chairs.
How can I report allergies, intolerances or other important information?
Simply enter the information in the Notes during booking or on our WhatsApp account.
I made a reservation but I did not receive a confirmation email. How do I behave?
Check your promotions or spam folder. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or by sending a text message to verify the success of the booking. In most cases, an error was made when entering the email address. We recommend not using corporate email accounts with restrictive firewalls.
